A graduate of resocialization at the Warsaw University and postgraduate studies: Psychology of crisis and crisis intervention at University of Social Sciences and Humanities. She has a pedagogical license. She conducts crisis and social interventions. Harm Reduction Program coordinator in Warsaw. Organizer of holiday trips for OST patients. Community worker in the Mobile Harm Reduction Service. She carries out research among people who inject drugs by various research institutes.

He has a degree in sociology and history. In his career to date, he has worked as an official in charge of addiction prevention in one of the voivodship cities in Poland. A graduate in Psychodynamic Study of Sociotherapy and Youth Psychotherapy at the Psychodynamic Centre in Krakow as well as numerous trainings and courses in the field of addiction prevention (certified trainer of Fred goes Net and Unplugged programs). Conducts scientific research (usually in the field of social problems) for Polish and foreign universities, research institutes, research companies and NGOs. Author of several social strategies for local government units. Former president of the Social Drug Policy Initiative. Active member of the Miasto Jest Nasze (A City That’s Ours) Association. 

Has been working in the Harm Reduction Program in Warsaw since 2000. For many years as a streetworker, currently as a Drop-in worker. He does social interventions and conducts computer and music workshops.

Associated with the Foundation since 2006. In Drop-in he does needles and syringes exchange, gives support and education relating HIV and HCV prevention. Outreach worker.   

A graduate of Applied Sociology and Social Anthropology and Social Prevention and Resocialization at the University of Warsaw. She completed a course in Motivational Dialogue and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in the prevention of behavioral addictions at the Academy of Motivation and Education. Associated with the Foundation since 2018, currently Drop-in worker, streetworker and caseworker. Outside of the Foundation, she also works at the Association for Social Support and Intervention as a caregiver in rotating housing and a streetworker, providing support to people in the crisis of homelessness.

Lawyer with experience in working with excluded groups, academic teacher. Director of the Students’ Legal Clinic at Lazarski University, awarded the Bronze Cross for services to education.

Psychologist, professional counselor. She works with people with addictions, prisoners, youth, unemployed, people with disabilities. Associated with the Foundation for 4 years.     

Involved with the Foundation since 2020. She works in the community of people who use drugs, sharing expert knowledge on harm reduction and implementing support strategies for clients.

He has been with the Foundation for 3 years. As a peer he works with people who use psychoactive substances, offering expert knowledge in the field of reducing health harms related to substance use.

Secondary education in nursing. She has several decades of nursing experience in surgical wards, and for 10 years she has worked in the operating suite at the National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation.

Specialist in digital humanities at the Institute of Literary Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She holds a BA degree in sociology and cultural studies and an MA degree in sociology and Polish philology from the Warsaw University. Her interests include sociology of law, sociology of medicine, text analysis and natural language processing. She has nine years of experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques and five years of experience in conducting evaluation research.

A graduate of special education. For several decades she has been an accountant in non-governmental organizations.

The Founder of the Prekursor Foundation. A graduate in Jewish and Cultural Studies. A specialist in addiction psychotherapy and a certified HIV/AIDS counselor. A scholarship holder of Open Society Foundations. A member of European AIDS Treatment Group, Polish Society for Addiction Research, a consultant of the Stop Overdose Now Foundation. She has worked in harm reduction for 15 years as a project coordinator, practitioner and co-author of research projects. She also gained professional experience in activities supporting sex workers, she co-created the first Housing First program in Poland.

A philosophy graduate, in the course of MA studies in special pedagogy – pedagogy with addiction prevention and sociotherapy. Member of the Social Drug Policy Initiative, partyworker. He did volunteer work at the drop-in MONAR in Krakow. He has extensive knowledge in the field of addiction, prevention and harm reduction.

Since 2012 associated with non-governmental organizations, where she worked mainly in the areas of youth work, local animation, cultural activities. Member of the Board of the Skelion Foundation. Since 2017 an activist for harm reduction and rationalization of drug policy. Vice president of the Social Drug Policy Initiative, coordinator of the tri-city branch of this organization (SIN 3City). She is also associated with Youth Organisations for Drug Action. Expert in education and crisis intervention at events.

A 2nd year student of the Naval Academy in Gdynia – resocialization pedagogy with elements of sociotherapy and care and educational pedagogy with elements of pedagogical therapy. During her internship she worked at the Harm Reduction Program in Warsaw, run by the Prekursor Foundation and at the care and educational institution Dom pod Irysami in Gdańsk.
